(Magic Low Carb) Unbelievably crisp pizza with chorizo, peppers and red onions. But without flour.
We look at each other in shock and reverence and shout at the same time the all-important word: "PIZZA!"
Of course, if someone had told me earlier that it was possible to make frighteningly good pizza dough without a carbohydrate fats, I would not have believed a word; but rather sympathetic smiled or something. Then the man came and wanted to like low carb pizza from me. He also brought along a recipe template.
I did not expect much. But who can say no to his sweetheart? Luckily! Because since noon we really want to eat it again and again and again. Who is a low carb fan and does not try it, is your own fault - just for the record.
Here comes the recipe for 1 pizza for 2 persons:
500 g of cauliflower (cleaned, without leaves, the stalk can be co-processed) in the food processor to make fine crumbs.
In Bring a pot of water to the boil, salt and cook the cauliflower rice for 4-5 minutes. Drain into a fine mesh sieve and quench with cold water. Drain well.

Bake the pizza crust at 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes . If it gets too dark, cover with a piece of baking paper.
In the meantime, remove 3 tablespoons tomato paste with 6 tablespoons water , 1/2 teaspoons onion powder , 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder , 1 pinch of oregano and rosemary , salt and black pepper stir a tomato sauce. Cheese to taste and prepare the other ingredients for the topping orSprinkle with grated cheese. I sliced spicy chorizo into slices, spiced paprika and 1 small red onion in slices.
Deny Bake the pizza crust in the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and blisters.
Serve hot immediately.
